The Sixth EventThe Sixth Event by Kristen Morie-Osisek
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Disclaimer: I received this book from netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

I am gonna start off by saying this book was OK. I enjoyed the characters and really loved the concept, but the writing was not really that captivating to me. It was choppy and very slow paced. Also it seems that problems that popped up just seemed to contently just fixed them self's. Although overall it was cute and a easy read I wold recommended this book.

Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss, #1)Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Quotes From Book:
"Soap?"
"School of America in Paris" he explains. "SOAP".
Nice. My father sent me here to be cleansed."— Stephanie Perkins (Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss, #1))

"Anna, Anna," Josh interrupts. "If I had a euro for every stupid thing I've done, I could buy the Mona Lisa. You'll be fine."
— Stephanie Perkins (Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss, #1))

"Why?" His voice is suspicious. "Are you two going out now?"
"Yeah, we set up our first date right after he asked me to marry him. Please. We're just friends."
— Stephanie Perkins (Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss, #1))

This is a Cutesy Contemporary in the Beautiful setting of Paris, France, and although this is not my typical genre I found it to be very entertaining and the perfect break from heavier fantasy and Si-fi I have been reading. Although I enjoyed it the main charters were a bit annoying at times. I absolutely loved the sense of imagery that Stephanie used when describing her view of France, and I truly enjoyed the writing style in this. I would recommenced this to anyone looking for a light fluffy read.
